About The Role – Director Of Client Success In this role, you’ll focus on leading clear, values-based conversations with individuals exploring our programs. You’ll guide prospective clients through a consultative process, helping them align with transformative solutions that match their aspirations. This position operates entirely on a performance-based model. It’s designed for professionals who take initiative, value meaningful outcomes, and are energized by the opportunity to shape their trajectory through consistent engagement.
