We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through the acquisition of new enterprise accounts and the development of long-term relationships with clients seeking consulting delivery services around Salesforce technologies. This individual will leverage their expertise in solution selling and understanding of Salesforce to effectively demonstrate the value of our consulting offerings to decision-makers within target organizations. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential enterprise clients through networking, industry events, and market research. Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of leads focused on Salesforce consulting services. Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients to understand their Salesforce-related business challenges and articulate how our consulting services can effectively address their needs. Customize presentations and proposals to align with client objectives. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor on Salesforce solutions. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy specifically targeting organizations in need of Salesforce consulting services. Collaborate with marketing and consulting teams to enhance service offerings and promotional strategies. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience selling services. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise account selling, particularly focused on consulting services around Salesforce technologies. Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions, as well as the ability to articulate their benefits to clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
