Description: Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a General Engineering Superintendent (GES) to join their mining team located in the Northern Cape. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the engineering operations and ensuring the efficient functionality of all equipment and infrastructure within the mining environment. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all engineering functions related to the mining operation Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and performance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facilitate risk management initiatives Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions Lead and mentor a team of engineering professionals, guiding them in operational excellence Collaborate with management and other departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity Requirements: Grade 12 N4 Certificate in Engineering Valid Trade Test Certificate Extensive earthmoving experience within the mining industry. 5 years' experience as a Foreman/Supervisor within an opencast mining environment Valid Driver's License Benefits: Salary: Negotiable Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
