Job Description

Requirements: Proven experience as a videographer and photographer with a strong and diverse portfolio. Expertise in professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro). Solid understanding of visual storytelling, lighting techniques, and audio capture. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude. A degree or diploma in Photography, Film, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent professional experience is highly valued. Responsibilities: Content Production: Produce high-quality photo and video content, including studio product shoots, athlete features, lifestyle campaigns, and event coverage. Technical Execution: Handle all aspects of technical production, including camera operation, lighting setup, audio recording, and composition to ensure top-tier quality. Post-Production: Edit raw footage into compelling final assets using professional software. This includes editing, color correction, motion graphics, audio enhancements, and adding captions. Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing, design, and social media teams to develop creative concepts and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and goals. Versatile Content Creation: Adapt quickly to new trends and needs, creating on-the-go content and behind-the-scenes footage.
