Virtual Assistant / GHL Management (REMOTE)

Our AI & Automation Division is expanding quickly, and we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant with strong CRM and automation experience to support our team with day-to-day operations, system setup, and workflow management. Who We’re Looking For We need a highly organized and tech-savvy VA who has worked with CRM platforms and automation tools. Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a big plus, but if you’ve used platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Keap/Infusionsoft, or Pipedrive, you’ll be able to learn GHL quickly. Key Skills: CRM setup & configuration (pipelines, automations, reports) Building multi-step workflows and automations (triggers, conditions, actions) Funnel or landing page builder experience (GHL, ClickFunnels, HubSpot, Leadpages, etc.) Reviewing and auditing workflows to improve efficiency Connecting CRMs to other tools via Zapier, Make, N8N, or APIs (Bonus) Experience with Voice AI — call flows, IVRs, voicemail drops, or conversational bots Your Responsibilities: Assist with client subaccount setup in the CRM Build, test, and maintain advanced workflows and automations Help develop funnels, landing pages, and reports inside the CRM Support in creating AI-powered bots for lead follow-up and appointment booking Manage CRM integrations with social media, websites, and other marketing tools Collaborate with leadership to ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met Bonus Experience: AI bot development for sales, onboarding, or lead nurturing Projects involving sentiment analysis AI personalities or digital avatar creation Knowledge of AI ethics, privacy, and compliance What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience and skills 100% remote Direct collaboration with the CEO and senior team Growth opportunities in a high-performance, innovation-driven company The chance to see your work implemented and making an impact How to Apply Send your resume to hr@dcmmoguls.com along with a brief introduction.
