The Role: We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager – Latin America to drive marketing strategies that strengthen our connection with smallholder farmers, generate demand, and position our brand as a trusted partner in agriculture. This role will also ensure that our products and services deliver real value to farmers in each region. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Brand Development: Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with our mission, building trust in the East West Seed brand. Product Portfolio Management: Collaborate with R&D and Sales to identify and promote seed varieties tailored to each country and region. Digital Marketing & Demand Generation: Lead digital campaigns and manage the brand’s presence on social media to provide farmers with valuable and accessible information. Customer Engagement & Trust Building: Develop strong relationships with distributors, farmer associations, and other stakeholders; organize events and training sessions. Value-Added Services & Customer Loyalty: Implement training, advisory programs, and loyalty initiatives to strengthen long-term relationships with farmers. Budget & KPI Management: Oversee marketing budgets and monitor KPIs to ensure effective strategies. Leadership & Culture Development: Lead by example, promote a high-performance culture, and ensure succession planning for key roles. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness (preferred), Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA or marketing specialization preferred. 5 years of experience in marketing leadership, ideally in agriculture, seeds, or agribusiness. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, trade marketing, and B2B/B2C strategies. Understanding of the agricultural market and smallholder farmers’ needs in Latin America.
