Job Summary Provides distinctive customer service to our external customers resolving routine and complex problems and communicates solutions or requested information to the customer. Effectively communicates and collaborates with internal team members from multiple departments to help address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Supporting salesperson within assigned territory relieving them of administrative duties. The job is all inclusive from presale support to post sale support. Job duties & responsibilities Manage relationships with internal & external customers. Parts order processing. Pricing quotation local and US. Inventory availability (local and US). Invoicing parts. Follow-up with orders credit status. Order proofing. Entering factory shipments. Process customer quotes & orders shipping from the US for customers located in Mexico and Central America. Provide freight quotes for parts orders. Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts needed for equipment via phone and email. Process customs invoicing. Respond to inquiries from salesforce pertaining to parts. Upload order documentation in document repository. Quote inventory out of warehouses. Mexico customer transfer orders (not warehouse fulfillment transfers). Other duties as required. Required experience Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally and with customers. Build trust in working relationships to attain goals. Work collaboratively as a team member throughout the organization. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to plan, make suggestions and decisions and practice good judgment. Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative. Ability to operate under solid pressureand meet tightdeadlines. Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize work. Ability to work under minimal supervision but provide regular status updates while working remotely from management. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and social media platforms. Strong personal organization skills and abilities. Works effectively with others inside and outside of formal authority to accomplish True’s overall goals. Constantly seeks to enhance processes, services and products by generating ideas for improvements, setting high performance standards and seeking opportunities for self-improvements. Take responsibility for ensuring that work is completed within specified time and expectations. Follows through to ensure that promised customer requirements and expectations are met, even when faced with obstacles or delays. Additional requirements Extraordinary communication skills verbal & written. Extraordinary organizational and time management skills. Ability to createdetailed reports. Software proficiency PowerPoint, Excel & Word. Ability to attend tradeshows. Bachelor’s degree. Key contacts Internal within True : Sales team México & LATAM. Inventory control US office. Technical service team México & LATAM. TFI Parts CS department USA. Sr Director Sales / Marketing LATAM. True US traffic department. External: Key direct customers such as Alsea, Xcaret, Walmart, KFC, Palace Resorts, Vidanta, etc. Mexican service agencies. Logistic service providers (domestic and international). Parts distributors. Language requirements Spanish English
