Semi Skilled Spray Painter - 3 month contract

Our client, suppliers of products to the Construction and Civils market is requiring a Semi Skilled Spray Painter To join their team Location: Port Elizabet/Gqeberha Job type: 3 Month Contract - On-site Duties and Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers or undercoats. Apply paint using spray guns or other equipment in controlled environments Mask and protect areas not to be painted. Ensure proper drying and curing times between coats. Inspect finished work for quality, uniformity, and defects. Follow all safety and environmental protocols including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Minimum Requirements Minimum qualification - Grade 10 Experience as a spray painter in an automotive, industrial, or manufacturing environment (typically 2 years). Experience with different types of paints (e.g. water-based, solvent-based, powder coating) is an advantage. Skills Required Strong knowledge of spray painting techniques and equipment.
