Responsibilities Identify algorithms for risk, violation, and low-quality issues in e-commerce scenarios such as products, shopping carts, short videos, and live streaming. Mine and develop algorithms to detect fraudulent behaviors and identify risky, violated, or low-quality merchants and creators. Optimize algorithms for large-scale brand libraries, products, and content deduplication/clustering. Work on data construction, instruction fine-tuning, CoT, alignment, and other tasks for large models in the e-commerce domain to enhance their effectiveness. Explore reinforcement learning and operational research algorithms for intelligent dispatching and audit scheduling to improve quality and efficiency. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Final year or recent graduate in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields. Strong foundation in data structures/algorithms, machine learning/deep learning theory, with practical experience. Familiarity with 1-2 areas among NLP, computer vision, multimodal, graph algorithms, search algorithms, text/data mining, and LLM. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Practical experience in relevant business scenarios and good teamwork skills. Published papers in top conferences or competition experience. Experience with DALL-E, CLIP, GLIDE, or related projects. Success in international competitions in related fields.
