Hair Tutor/Assessor - Colchester

Morgan Hunt are working with an Ofsted Outstanding training provider who are recruiting for a Hair Tutor/Assessor in Colchester. This is a part time position (3 or 4 days per week) between Monday and Friday. This is a permanent role paying up to £30,000 pro rata plus bonuses. The client is looking for someone who possess an Assessing or Teaching qualification and has experience in deliver Hair qualifications.The Hair Tutor/Assessor will be responsible for: Delivering and assessing the Levels 2 and 3 Hair Apprenticeships Visiting salons to conduct assessments Embedding Functional Skills Ensuring all documentation is complete to meet awarding body compliance Engaging with salon managers to promote the business and ensure future pipeline of learners Conducting quality assurance reviews with the IQA The Hair Assessor will need to have: A Level 3 in Hairdressing Salon experience working up to managerial level Teaching or assessing experience Assessor or Teaching qualification A minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to meet company needs In return the Hair Assessor will receive: An annual salary of up to £30,000 pro rata A bonus of £100 for each learner completed successfully on time Opportunity to upskill If you would like to work for an Outstanding Ofsted Training Provider then please apply now.
