The Role Sourcing and engaging with skilled candidates. Writing targeted and engaging job adverts. Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews. Building strong, long-term client relationships. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from first contact to job offer. Negotiating and closing successful placements. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner. Driven, competitive, and eager to achieve both personal and team targets. Organised, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure. Degree (2:2 or above) preferred but not essential. Sales or commercial experience is a bonus but not mandatory. Strong motivation to succeed and earn well.
