Graduate / Junior Developer Manchester (Hybrid – 1 Day/Week in Office) £28,000 to £35,000 Excellent Benefits Are you a graduate or junior developer ready to kick-start your tech career? Looking for a genuinely supportive company that offers real-world experience, training, and the chance to grow into a full development role? We're working with a highly respected software company based in Manchester that builds bespoke systems for some of the UK's top e-commerce and logistics businesses. Their flagship platform is used by major retailers to automate and streamline order fulfilment. They’re now looking for a new developer to join their close-knit tech team, supporting internal systems, fixing bugs, and learning the ropes in a live production environment. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and get exposure to a wide variety of tech including C#, MVC, WinForms, and React. This is a fantastic first or second role for someone who’s studied programming and wants to build real hands-on experience with a company that values logical thinking and initiative. The Role Support: investigate and resolve bugs Use your logical reasoning to diagnose issues across live systems Contribute to broader dev projects Work one day per week in the office (Manchester – Mondays) Tech Stack Microsoft C# MVC WinForms React / Shopify (for some newer systems) What We’re Looking For Knowledge of OOP Strong problem-solving and logical thinking Good verbal communication Benefits Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 25 days holiday birthday off Subsidised healthcare Cycle to Work scheme Free therapy access Christmas shutdown (~2 weeks)
