Senior Bid Manager

Join Reed Talent Solutions as a Senior Bid Manager We're seeking a skilled Senior Bid Manager to lead the creation and management of high-value tenders and presentations across a range of industries. In this role, you'll: Write and manage bids, working closely with business development and stakeholders across the business. Coordinate responses to PQQs, RFIs, ITTs, and RFPs. Maintain and enhance our bid content library. Lead reviews to improve processes and outcomes. Design engaging presentations and graphics to support sales messaging. What we're looking for: Proven experience in bid management, especially within MSP and RPO. Strong project management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Experience in both public and private sector bidding. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
