Day-to-day of the role: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and educational lessons that meet the curriculum standards. Maintain discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and disciplinary systems. Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings. Stay current on educational practices and developments and engage in continuous professional development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience in teaching KS1 or early years. Strong understanding of the national curriculum and current assessment practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment that respects all students. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the children and the school.
