Edstaff are working in partnership with an excellent provision in the Skelmersdale area to recruit enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to support students aged 16 and adults. We are looking for dedicated and nurturing individuals to provide support in classes to learners with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will enable learners to make progress and achieve their potential by contributing to a supportive and positive learning environment. About You Experience of working with young people or adult learners Confident in the classroom and able to use your own initiative Flexible and able to adapt Fun and engaging approach Desire to make a difference within educational settings Hold an up-to-date DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a full enhanced DBS check prior to placement.
