What You’ll Be Doing Building New Business Proactively contacting businesses via phone and face-to-face to identify recruitment opportunities. Sourcing and Managing Candidates Writing job adverts, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and building strong talent pipelines. Managing the Recruitment Process Matching candidates to roles, coordinating interviews, handling offers, and ensuring a smooth hiring journey for both parties. Maintaining Relationships Building and nurturing long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike. Working to Targets Hitting individual and team KPIs in a fast-paced, performance-led environment. What We’re Looking For? Ambitious and self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
