Package: £24-26K Basic Commission (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3) Our client is a high-growth search firm specialising in finding market-leading front-office professionals for investment bank and hedge funds. Telephoning/meeting candidates and clients, looking to develop professional relationships. Sourcing talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Headhunting, chasing referrals, writing job adverts, utilising internal database and networking. Working on behalf of candidates and clients. The Requirements: Minimum 2:1 degree from a red brick university Ambition and a willingness to learn. Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience shown through internships, part-time jobs or sporting achievements. Inherent competitive nature. Exceptional communication skills.
