Key Requirements: Eligibility to work in the UK An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) A genuine interest in education and student development Experience working with secondary school-aged students (preferred) Key Skills: Classroom management Time management Adaptability Patience Conflict resolution Initiative Teamwork Communication Main Responsibilities: Delivering pre-prepared lessons to whole classes across KS3 and KS4 Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Ensuring students remain on task during lessons Responding to questions about the set work using subject knowledge or available resources Reporting any behavioural or academic concerns to senior staff Supervising students during lesson transitions Providing brief feedback to teachers after lessons Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all students Following safeguarding protocols and referring concerns appropriately Establishing positive relationships with students and staff What We Offer: A supportive, collaborative working environment.
