The Role As a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll quickly learn how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle: Proactively sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates. Building strong client relationships through business development. Writing targeted job adverts and managing applications. Preparing candidates for interviews and managing the offer process. Negotiating contracts and ensuring successful placements. Growing a specialist network within the energy sector.
