Head of Ecommerce Location: Kidderminster - onsite Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience) Join the Team as Head of Ecommerce – Lead, Innovate & Grow This is a senior, people-first role, perfect for a strategic leader who thrives on mentoring teams, optimising workflows, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. You’ll work closely with company directors to shape our ecommerce strategy while overseeing day-to-day performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead & mentor our in-house teams: Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social, Email), Customer Service, Web Development, Content, and Visual Media. Oversee operations across five ecommerce websites and marketplace channels (UK & international). Develop & execute a sustainable marketplace strategy, identifying growth opportunities. Enhance the customer journey (UX), improving navigation, search, and merchandising to boost conversions. Monitor KPIs & analytics, using GA4, CRM tools, and marketplace data to drive actionable insights. Strengthen affiliate & partner relationships, aligning collaborations with business strategy. Expand social commerce, ensuring content and advertising remain fresh, engaging, and on-brand. Collaborate with directors on strategic projects, campaign planning, and performance reviews. About You: Proven experience in ecommerce management or senior operational roles. Strong leader with a passion for mentoring teams and fostering collaboration. Commercially savvy, with knowledge of fulfilment, marketplace fees, and digital marketing. Analytical mindset, comfortable with GA4, CRM systems, and ecommerce dashboards. Organised & proactive, with a keen eye for optimising processes and workflows. Up to date with ecommerce trends, social media, and customer experience innovation.
