Based in Tunbridge Wells, we are offering a full-time, permanent Trainee Recruitment Consultant role with structured training, one-to-one mentoring, and clear progression into a long-term career. What you will be doing: Speaking with clients to understand their hiring needs Advertising vacancies, screening CVs and interviewing candidates Managing recruitment processes from start to finish Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates Working towards structured goals and earning commission based on results What we are looking for: Strong academic background with good GCSEs and A-Levels or equivalent Confident verbal and written communication skills A logical, organised and methodical approach to work High levels of personal motivation and ambition to build a career Someone who enjoys talking to people and working in a fast-paced environment You must be able to commute to Tunbridge Wells daily You do not need previous recruitment experience. Full training will be provided.
