We are seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to provide classroom support, help children reach their potential, and gain invaluable experience working with a range of Special Needs and Mental Health challenges. Role Details:* Location: Southampton / Hampshire* Start: September* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm* Rate: £88-£90 per day* Phase: Primary & Secondary SEN schools Who we are looking for: Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, or related fields, or those interested in a career in teaching, educational, occupational, or clinical psychology Motivated, compassionate, and resilient individuals Available Monday to Friday to provide consistency and long-term classroom support Interested in working with children with Autism, Learning Disabilities, or complex needs Why apply?
