Job Description
Completion of UI19 documentation and salary schedules for terminated employees; Completion and administration of documentation required for a funeral, death, disability or termination claim; Completion and administration of injury on duty claims; General administrative responsibilities including new appointments and terminations; Maintaining registers and personnel files; Daily capturing of attendance; Generate various daily, weekly monthly and ad-hoc reports if required; Ensure internal orders are generated for ad-hoc work; Daily capturing of actual hours on schedule; Scanning and filing documents; Minute taking in meetings; Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification; Relevant experience as an administrator; Must be willing to undergo polygraph test; Sound communication skills (verbal and in writing); Bilingual (English and any other South African language); Good interpersonal and strong leadership skills; Excellent client liaison and administration skills; Good telephone etiquette; Previous experience in a similar position will be advantageous; MS Office proficiency (excellent knowledge of Excel and Word); Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record; Own transport and accommodation;
