Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining customer retention rates, and building long-term relationships with clients. Daily tasks will include analyzing customer feedback, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Will be also tasked with improving current customer onboarding flows. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Proficient in Customer Retention and Relationship Building Excellent Analytical Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications Must be a Recent graduate Must be in Mexico
