Credit Controller

Managing customer accounts, handling queries, and resolving disputes Overseeing credit control and aged debt to minimise financial risk Setting credit limits and monitoring account activity Reconciling accounts and maintaining a clean debtor ledger Posting receipts, processing rebates, and managing invoices/statements Maintaining accurate records of foreign currency exchange rates Assisting with financial reporting, month-end tasks, and cash flow forecasting Supporting the setup of new customer accounts and credit applications Must haves AAT qualification or equivalent (preferred) Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other office IT systems Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting procedures GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C or above Strong customer service background Helpful Extras Monday to Friday Temp ongoing position £14.36-£15.38 p/h (equivalent to £28k-£30k per annum) Free parking If you're ready to make a difference on site, please send your CV to Alison at i2i Recruitment today.
