Delivery consultants are key players in our team and are often the ones closing the most deals! What You'll Do: Build relationships with senior stakeholders Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both contract and permanent roles Source candidates through various channels including job boards and social media Write job descriptions and manage external job adverts to attract the best talent Coordinate and schedule interviews, prep candidates, and gather feedback Extend offers to successful candidates and provide constructive feedback to those who aren't selected Meet and exceed targets for candidate generation, interviews, placements, and billings Maintain accurate records and update the company database What We're Looking For: Confidence and assertiveness on the phone Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail Tenacity and target-driven mindset Strong communication skills youre emotionally intelligent and personable About QSR At QSR, we are more than just colleagueswere a family .
