A supportive secondary school in Wandsworth is hiring an SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant to work with pupils who have EHCPs and additional learning needs. As an SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant, youll work closely with students who need extra help in class and during targeted interventions. This SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant role is perfect for graduates interested in Educational Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, or SEND teaching. Key responsibilities: Providing 1:1 support to pupils with EHCPs or learning needs Supporting academic progress and emotional wellbeing Assisting teachers with differentiation and classroom routines Leading small group catch-up or sensory-based activities Were looking for: A 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education or a related subject Previous experience with SEN or additional needs (voluntary or paid) Strong empathy, patience and resilience Full-time availability from September 2025 to July 2026 Please note: Applicants must hold a UK undergraduate degree.
