Nursery Manager 3 Days

Rare opportunity for a part-time Nursery Manager, for approximately 30 hours a week, over full 3 days a week, the 3 days are flexible but must include Mondays, must be happy with 7.30am starts. We would consider Deputy Nursery Manager candidates, looking to step up, recent UK nursery experience essential and a Level 3 in Childcare or above. Nursery Manager Key Duties Lead and manage the nursery team, providing guidance and support to staff members. Manage staff and children files/details and ensure they are all up to date. Deal with all email and telephone correspondence and queries, news letters. Manage payments and funding portal. Help with recruitment and interviewing Marketing of the nursery via social media, community events etc. Ensure the nursery meets all regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of care and safety. Communicate effectively with owner, parents, caregivers, and external agencies Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Ensure all staff are following procedures and ethos of the nursery Manage any disciplinary , staff issues or complaints in a professional and fair way Able to manage Ousted inspections. Nursery Manager Requirements Level 3 or above in childcare and recent UK nursery experience is essential. Proven experience in nursery management or deputy management is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Up to date knowledge of early childhood years and EYFS Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. A passion for working with children and promoting their development in a nurturing environment.
