Do you have a strong interest in working alongside teachers, therapists, nurses and families, contributing to transdisciplinary, person-centred support? Do you have enthusiasm for supporting young people with emotional regulation, recognising communication through behaviour? Do you understand how to build trust, routine, and emotional safety? Do you have a firm commitment to safeguarding, privacy, and safe working practices, including supporting personal and intimate care with professionalism and respect?
