Property Maintenance Officer

Property Maintenance Officer Wimbledon & Putney Commons Were looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Property Maintenance Officer to help care for the Commons unique built assets, including an office/working buildings, public facilities, a Grade II listed Windmill and staff accommodation. Youll take the lead on day-to-day repairs, planned maintenance programmes and larger property projects, as well as managing contractors on site. What were looking for: At least 5 years experience in property maintenance or similar role Skilled across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, painting, brickwork etc.) Practical problem solver, reliable and self-motivated Able to work independently and as part of a small team Physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weathers Flexibility to switch tasks at short notice Good communicator, organised, safety conscious Full clean UK driving licence (essential) Desirable: An interest in sustainability and protecting the natural environment.
