Job Description

Are you looking for a stable and friendly workplace with excellent benefits? We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent administrative and communication skills to join our Welfare team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Colleges Welfare functions and student financial support schemes. This will include maintaining accurate casework and financial records, developing appropriate systems, acting as a point of contact for students with funding queries, and undertaking some committee work. You will also assist with the coordination of Welfare activities and collating data to improve welfare decisions and assist resource planning. Merton is one of the oldest and most beautiful colleges in Oxford, tucked away behind the High Street, with stunning views across Christ Church Meadows but within easy reach of other University buildings and the city centre. We are a vibrant, diverse, friendly and inclusive community. The College is one of the largest, with approx. 600 undergraduates and graduate students.
