Were looking for compassionate and committed Education, Health & Care Assistants (EHCAs) to join a respected and supportive specialist school in Plymouth. This is a varied, hands-on role that blends education, care, and health support, giving you the chance to truly shape the daily experiences of pupils aged 219 in a safe and inclusive environment. What Youll Be Doing: Supporting children and young people with a diverse range of physical, learning, and medical needs Assisting in the classroom with learning activities and behaviour support Delivering healthcare procedures under supervision (full training provided) Helping to implement individual communication and development plans What Were Looking For: Experience working in a education or care/support background ideally with children or young people however adults is absolutely fine.
