Maintenance Shift Technician 50000-51000 plus Overtime Location: Assembly Operations, Banbury Hours: Rotating 2-week shifts (MonThurs) Week 1 & 2: 6am 4pm Week 3 & 4: 4pm 2am 50-51k Overtime available About the Role Join our Assembly Operations team as a Maintenance Shift Technician, where you'll play a key role in keeping our plant running safely and efficiently. You'll support production targets through preventative maintenance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
