R9 Recruitment are working on behalf of a client who are looking for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join their team. Salary: £800 per week plus OTE and excellent benefits! Undertake small scale groundwork Repair/renew/ fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips and valleys and repair/ renew/fit soffit fascia and barge boards Repair/renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring Repair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling Repair/renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishes Repair/renew timber and UPVC window frames Complete works in other construction trades including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling and minor groundwork activities What We Need from You. Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3) Experience of working as a Multi Skilled Joiner Competent in all aspects of the Joiner trade discipline Plastering trade discipline (desirable). Ability to carry out multi skill trades, and core Joinery or Groundwork and experience working within a social housing environment A current driving licence is essential Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools If you are interested in this position, then please click apply.
