Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Afternoon Shift) Job Description We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for working on both new automation/robotics equipment and older machinery. You will contribute to maintaining the production machines and equipment, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Install and maintain production machines and equipment. Perform troubleshooting and repair on production machines, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Handle emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production. Conduct routine and scheduled maintenance. Perform minor equipment fabrication using MIG/Stick welding for small touch-ups. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make necessary adjustments. Troubleshoot PLC systems. Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance checks of all electrical alarms in the plant. Work from ladders and lifts to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Essential Skills 5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Must possess 433A certification. Experience working with both new robotic machines and older equipment. Basic knowledge of MIG/Stick welding. Understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ability to wear a hard hat and heavy PPE. Additional Skills & Qualifications Possession of a Red Seal certification is a plus and may earn higher pay. Why Work Here?
