Commercial Property Solicitor – Northamptonshire Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (DOE) Location: Northamptonshire Firm: Legal 500 Regional Firm Experience: NQ – 3 years’ PQE Work Options: Hybrid/Flexible Oculus Legal Group are delighted to be working with a Legal 500 recognised firm seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful and expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded Commercial Property team, offering a broad caseload and direct client contact from the outset. You will be part of a wider Commercial Property group across Northamptonshire, supported by a collaborative and experienced team. The Role You will be responsible for handling a diverse range of commercial property transactions, including: Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants) Freehold acquisitions and disposals Development land and related agreements Agricultural property matters Acting for SIPPs/SASSs, corporates, and private individuals Commercial finance and lender work Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage arrangements This role offers genuine variety and scope for career progression in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
