What we’re looking for: A recent graduate (any subject) with plenty of energy and drive Great communication skills and a natural people-person Someone motivated by targets, rewards, and recognition A curious, ambitious personality with a can-do attitude A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives on building their own success What you’ll be doing: Speaking to candidates – interviewing, qualifying and matching them to roles Writing engaging job adverts and headhunting top talent through LinkedIn and other platforms Building strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and offering solutions Managing the full recruitment process – from CV submission and arranging interviews to offer negotiation and placement Growing your own client and candidate network to become a go-to specialist in your sector Working towards targets and KPIs that help drive both your earnings and your career progression What’s on offer: In-house training to get you up to speed quickly Uncapped commission Yearly bonuses and the chance of equity for top performers Flexible home working once you’re established Early 2pm finish every Friday – start the weekend early!
