Key Responsibilities: Advising lenders and developers on property finance and development finance transactions. Handling commercial and residential development matters, including site acquisitions and disposals. Drafting and negotiating leases and managing landlord and tenant relationships. Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless client service. About You: Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-4 years PQE (guideline only). Experience in property finance and development work is essential. Strong technical skills and commercial awareness. Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
