We’re looking for a Total Rewards Consultant who’s passionate about turning data into decisions and conversations into impact. You will be based in our Paris Office 2-3 days per week. You must be fluent in both French and English. This role is more than spreadsheets and surveys—it’s about helping organizations build equitable, competitive, and meaningful reward strategies using Korn Ferry’s market-leading tools, including KF Pay . KF Pay is Korn Ferry’s advanced compensation platform that empowers organizations to benchmark roles, assess pay equity, and design competitive reward strategies using real-time market data. It combines deep analytics with intuitive tools to help clients make informed decisions about base pay, incentives, and total rewards. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be at the heart of our mission to make compensation smarter and fairer. Working directly with clients, you’ll guide them through the complexities of pay equity , market benchmarking , and reward strategy —translating insights into action. You’ll: Lead client engagements with confidence, clarity, and empathy. Use KF Pay , our advanced compensation platform, to deliver tailored insights on base pay, incentives, and total rewards. Help clients navigate their internal grading structures and align roles with market benchmarks. Deliver custom projects that influence real-world decisions on base pay, bonuses, and incentives. Collaborate across teams to bring Korn Ferry’s data and insights to life. Stay ahead of trends in compensation, benefits, and workforce strategy. What You Bring A sharp analytical mind and a knack for storytelling with data. Experience in compensation, benefits, or HR strategy—especially with market data and benchmarking. Comfort with Excel, Salesforce, and digital platforms. A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to client relationships. A bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience.
