To support our exciting growth in France, we are looking for a Junior Buying Assistant (internship only) to join our Buying team in Paris. Your Role As a Junior Buying Assistant, you will support the Buying team in product selection, brand communication, reporting, and ensuring smooth operational follow-up from orders to deliveries. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fashion environment and contribute to the success of a dynamic and trend-setting brand. Main Responsibilities Assist in preparing brand packs and ensuring all documents are ready ahead of appointments. Support the administrative side of the buying process (order entry, tracking deliveries, updating databases). Coordinate between buying, warehouse, e-commerce, and retail teams to ensure smooth delivery flow and stock availability. Follow up on deliveries and communicate delays proactively to Paris and NY offices. Update internal trackers (deliveries, production, samples, images). Manage sample requests and follow image availability (brand lookbooks, e-commerce visuals, etc.). Prepare daily and weekly sales analysis and product reportings Help schedule buying appointments and manage the "bought-in" calendar. Conduct research to identify new brands and trends in line with The Frankie Shop’s DNA. Maintain a clear understanding of customer profiles and commercial performance to assist in curating relevant product selections. ✅ What We’re Looking For A student in Fashion, Business, or related field , seeking an internship Strong interest in buying, fashion trends, and brand curation . Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and confident handling data and reports. Good level of written and spoken English ; French is a plus. Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
