Proposal Development Specialist

Location: 100% Remote ️ Experience: 5 years (Proposal team experience; content editing, design, and project management) English Level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate or higher) Launch is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Development Specialist to edit, design, and format clear, visually branded proposal content. Reporting to the SET Lead and RFx Proposal Manager, you’ll start by refining written and visual materials for clarity, engagement, and consistency—then grow into managing proposal timelines, deliverables, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: Edit/proof proposals for clarity, grammar, tone, and consistency. Format using templates/style guides; ensure brand alignment. Create compelling visuals (infographics, timelines, tables). Coordinate proposal schedules, version control, and review cycles. Maintain content library, templates, and reusable materials. Support submission tracking, document assembly, and production. Qualifications: 5 years in content editing, design, or project management. Proposal team experience Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Suite Strong attention to detail, graphic design skills, and communication skills. Problem-solving, adaptability, and collaborative mindset. Bonus: APMP certifications, GenAI/prompt engineering knowledge.
