System Operation and Maintenance Engineer

Main Purpose Of Job Provide warehouse/transportation application system maintenance, server management, Help desk, network maintenance and management to deliver better services to users. Location: Guadalajara (the role need to be onsite in Guadalajara, not Mexico City) Job Responsibility 1.Plan/design/deploy/manage application servers and virtualization 2.Deploy, manage, maintain various servers and storage, and strengthen system security 3.Deploy, manage, maintain server monitoring systems, and strengthen system security 4.Cooperate in and test system optimization and adjustment schemes 5.Daily backup operations 6.System Operation and Maintenance Management: Evmi/ iDeas / OA / CW 7.Maintenance and management of Help desk in the office and surrounding areas: maintenance of office computer systems, projectors and other equipment 8.Anti-virus management, office computer patch updates, AD management; 9.Office network management Job Requirements 1.College degree or above, more than 5y related working experiences; 2.Bilingual: Spanish & Chinese, fluent in speaking, listening, reading and writing 3.Good communication and collaboration skills, strong execution ability, and good service awareness. Required Abilities 1. Familiar with vSphere/KVM/Hyper-v virtualization platforms/Azure cloud platform. 2. Familiar with system monitoring and the use of its platforms. 3. Familiar with Linux and Windows system management. 4. Familiar with Windows AD service management. 5. Familiar with shell or python. 6. Familiar with the management of various application servers (such as ELK/nginx/apache/ tomcat/HAproxy/LVS/Gitlab). 7. Familiar with mainstream manufacturers' server/storage hardware (such as DELL/HP). 8. Familiar with computer and peripheral hardware (PC/Printer/Scanner/Projector) 9. Familiar with various desktop operating systems (Win10, Win11) 10. Have basic network knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, ACL, VLAN, and be able to independently troubleshoot office network faults. 11. Proficient in .NET programming and development, with an in-depth understanding of the .NET platform, and skilled in developing using .NET Core and .NET Framework. 12. Familiar with development frameworks such as WebForm, MVC, WebService, and WF. 13. At least familiar with the development and design of one type of database (MySql, SqlServer, Oracle, PostgreSql). 14. Have a clear understanding of object-oriented software development ideas, be proficient in mastering common design patterns, and be able to apply them in actual development.
