Anderson Knight is delighted to be working with our client, a leading organisation in the maritime sector, to recruit a Quality Assurance Coordinator. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will provide vital administrative support to the Director, Quality Assurance, helping to maintain the company’s Integrated Management System, coordinate office audits, and support certification processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining operational excellence. Salary: Competitive Key Responsibilities • Prioritise health, safety, and environmental compliance in all tasks. • Provide administrative support for Integrated Management System document changes. • Act as system administrator for company accounts with Flag Administration, Classification Societies, and OCIMF TMSA. • Coordinate office audit schedules, agendas, and supporting documentation. • Collate departmental documents for audit preparation and input findings/responses into the ABS NS HSE system. • Manage inter-departmental TMSA reviews, updates, and submissions into the OCIMF database. • Coordinate and collate information for company management review materials. • Support other departmental projects and duties as assigned by the Director, Quality Assurance. About You Essential: • Strong competency in MS Office applications and database entry. • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication abilities. Preferred: • Knowledge of the maritime shipping industry. • Experience working with systems such as DocMap, ABS NS System, or OCIMF TMSA.
