Overview Our client is a global provider of advanced analytical instruments, serving industries such as materials science, pharmaceuticals, and polymers. The company is recognized for its innovation, precision, and commitment to customer success. Key Responsibilities Lead and implement go-to-market strategies in coordination with product, application, and sales teams Collect and analyze market and customer insights to identify new opportunities and guide segmentation Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support product positioning and adoption Plan and manage successful product launches in collaboration with product management and R&D Drive multi-channel demand generation programs for instruments and consumables Utilize digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, social media, AI) to boost visibility and revenue Partner with global and regional sales teams to support commercial engagement and enablement Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team focused on innovation and execution Candidate Profile 5–7 years of marketing experience in the scientific or analytical instrumentation industry Proven success leading marketing strategy and teams in a technical B2B environment Solid understanding of X-ray technology ; familiarity with X-ray scattering is a strong plus Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally
