Your new company Hays has partnered with a local college who are actively seeking a HR Advisor to assist with a variety of tasks including Employee Relation Cases. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months HR experience, CIPD qualification and ideally experience within ER Cases. This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive HR team where you will gain valuable experience on a wide range of HR subjects, including complex ER cases. Your new role Offer support and guidance on disciplinary cases, grievances cases and long-term absences Support with redundancies Take a lead role on Health and Wellbeing strategy within the organisation Assist with change management and employee engagement Manage safeguarding and promote the safety and welfare of staff and students What you'll need to succeed 18 months HR experience working in an advisory position CIPD Level 5 Qualified (ideally) Experience dealing with ER cases What you'll get in return £31,559- £34,500 Salary Hybrid working Enhanced pension contribution Train to become a mental health first-aider CIPD Qualification support What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
