We're looking for a proactive and forward-thinking graduate (or equivalent experience) to join our team and help deliver our company-wide SOLACE Sustainability Strategy . As part of our growing ESG and Sustainability function, you’ll play a vital role in compliance reporting, data analysis, and contributing to sustainable business growth — all while championing innovation and cross-functional collaboration across our operations in Ireland, the UK, and Europe. What You’ll Be Doing: ✅ Support sustainability compliance reporting (e.g., SECR, CSRD, ESRS ) ✅ Analyse and present data using SustainIQ as our sustainability platform champion ✅ Contribute to tender and client submissions with strong ESG messaging ✅ Assist in delivering the SOLACE strategy across its six core pillars ✅ Horizon-scan for emerging trends and policy updates to shape future priorities ✅ Work independently on small projects and collaborate across teams ✅ Create internal content to engage and educate around sustainability and ESG What You Bring: Essential: A degree (or equivalent experience) in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field Strong interest in ESG, sustainability reporting, and climate action Excellent digital skills (Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, etc.) Clear communication style, with the confidence to present ideas and data A curious mindset and ability to work independently Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in Sustainable Business or ESG Knowledge of SECR, CSRD, or ESRS frameworks Experience with platforms like SustainIQ , SmartWaste , or Power BI Industry experience (construction, manufacturing, or built environment) Membership of IEMA, Energy Institute, or similar body Why Join Us?
