Senior Consultant - Reward (Digital)

We’re looking for a Reward Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in compensation strategy, pay equity, benchmarking, and data collection . You’ll work with top-tier clients across sectors, delivering insights that drive performance and equity. What You’ll Do: Deliver compensation benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and custom reward solutions. Collect and interpret pay data to support client strategy and database enrichment. Lead client workshops, training sessions, and implementation of KF Pay tools. Build strong client relationships and contribute to high renewal and satisfaction rates. Collaborate with internal teams to evolve our reward offerings and analytics. What You Bring: 3–5 years’ experience in compensation, reward consulting, or HR analytics. Strong grasp of pay structures, job evaluation, and market benchmarking. Experience with pay equity audits and compensation strategy design.
