Mould Store Trainee

We are seeking dedicated and reliable trainees to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude to grow within a fast-paced, industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: Use abrasive blasting to clean mould parts. Maintain cleanliness and check surface quality. Perform non-abrasive precision cleaning of mould surfaces. Set up and operate dry ice blasting machine safely. Prevent moisture retention and report abnormalities. Remove and replace inner bladders in moulds. Inspect and prepare bladders and mould surfaces. Ensure correct fitment and record changes. Follow safety and PPE requirements. Keep work area clean and support team operations. Participate in training and task rotation for multi-skilling. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric. Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge or technical aptitude. Physically fit and able to work in high-temperature conditions. Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Must have strong writing and communication skills.
