Due to continued growth in the UK, we're now on the lookout for a Resource Manager to manage internal ops, seamless delivery, team schedules and process management. We have a team of 70 across Bath, London, New York and Miami, and have won multiple awards, including Best Large Social Media Agency and Best Direct Response Campaign. Role & Responsibilities Lead the internal project management and delivery of client work, collaborating with the Client Services and Creative teams to schedule team members, develop project plans, increase operational efficiencies, build utilisation reports and process improvement in a fast-paced environment. Support departments with project management & internal delivery of day-to-day client work. Lead on day-to-day usage of project management software/platform to ensure best practices & guidelines are being followed by the wider team. Work closely with Account Manager & Account Executive to develop the internal project management plan to deliver excellent BAU & campaign output that is on brief and on budget. Work closely with the AEs to develop timelines, schedules & project plans, and support AEs with problem-solving when required. Manage internal stakeholder communication and project oversight. Manage internal budgets & time tracking to ensure that BAU & project work is delivered on budget Build strong working relationships with internal teams to get the most efficient output possible. Sharing clear and thorough updates with the Account Manager & wider team to enable them to manage client expectations Be solutions-focused, problem-solving resource issues to enable the teams to work to the best of their abilities. Develop the Project Management skills of the Account Executives with training & process updates. Work with your line manager to develop the Project Management processes and structure at TSS. Build and manage the TSS freelance portfolio to utilise (as & when required), with support and direction from the Creative Director to ensure talent is utilised effectively and cost-efficiently. Requirements 3 years of experience in a similar Project Management role. You must be well-organised and enjoy seeing a plan come together. You must have a working knowledge of the social media landscape & wider communications landscape. You must be proactive by spotting future challenges and tackling them before they arise. You must be a strong & clear communicator to transmit information effectively. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to spot issues before they arise. You must be comfortable working in busy environments and dealing with internal teams. Salary £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
