Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Accurately capture and maintain vehicle stock records on the dealership management system (e.g., Kerridge/Autoline, Drive, Evolve). Process all new and used vehicle invoices and ensure documentation is accurate and complete. Manage the internal movement of stock between branches or departments. Ensure that vehicle stock, floorplan, and stockholding reports are up to date and accurate. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle stock takes and reconcile discrepancies. Process vehicle registrations, licensing, and other related administration. Liaise with OEMs, licensing authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow. Manage vehicle costings, including added accessories and pre-delivery expenses. Maintain up-to-date filing systems for vehicles and related documentation. Assist sales and management teams with vehicle stock-related queries. Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 (essential). Minimum 23 years of experience in vehicle stock control within the motor dealership industry. Working knowledge of vehicle administration and licensing procedures. Experience with dealer management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Autoline, Drive, or similar). Strong understanding of dealership operations and processes. Valid drivers licence and clear criminal record. Skills & Competencies: Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Trustworthy and reliable with a strong work ethic.
